Possession game:
16 players
5 blue bibs, 5 red bibs, 5 yellow bibs plus 0ne bouncer green
10 balls
30m x 30m grid
2min 30sec x 6 with 30 second rest
18 mins -2 mins for drink and ready for game training
Rules:
10 v 5 in grid.
Blue play for side in possession, one on each side plus one central bouncer.
Coaching Cues:
Can player on outside play into opposite grid?
- Receieves ball from yellow in grid A and passes to yellow in grid B, creating swift player and ball movement.
Can defending team communicate to block in attacking team to win the ball?
Can defending team block off passing lanes and swarm attacking player to win the ball?

2 small goals and one large goal

Rules:
Can the Red team win the ball back by organised structured press?
Can players block off passing lanes before swarmong opposition?
Can GK help organise press?
If Red win the ball can they score within 10 seconds?
Can Blue play out and score in any small goal?
Coaching Cue:
Identify the trigger for the press and communicate it by saying, Now -press!
Push on Centre back into midfield to create overload

Two passing drills going in different directions. Must dribble through the middle and this acts as passive defenders for all players.
