Instructions:
Working in 2v2s each square. One player throw the ball to teammate who head it between opposition line.
Teams score if opposition fail to catch the ball.
Variations:
- Opposition must head it back to stop opposition fromscoring
- Perform two headers before scoring
Coaching points:
- Head top to middle of ball
- Go for accuracy
- Attack the ball

Instructions:
Players throw the ball to each other until finding someone in good position to head the ball and score.
Progressions:
- After 3 passes, team with ball possession can collect the ball to either throw or volley it to teammate for a header
- Only 3 defenders are allowed in defensive zone
- Increase size of the pitch (55x35 yrds)
- If GK or any other defending player stop a goal by heading it away from goals counts as 5 goals for Defenders
- Play normal game, however scoring from an header counts as 3 goals
Coaching points:
- Head with a purpose
- Score from a header only in obvious scenario
- When defending don't be caught up static and jumping to head the ball

Instructions:
Facing in pairs, one player throw the ball and other head it back. Swoop after 1 minute.
Variation:
Blues throw an aerial diagonal ball to Reds who head it to other opposite colour bib in the same square
Coaching points:
- Eyes open
- Mouth Shut
- Head ball on forehead
- Use neck and lower back muscles for power
- Arms out for balance and protection and thrust
- Stay on toes
- Feet shoulder width apart/one in front of other
- Rocking motion
- Head middle to bottom of ball
- Go for height and distance
- Follow through to target
