Organization: 2 players on starting cone with 1 ball, 1 player every cone without a ball. remaining players at start point with a ball.
Instructions: pass and follow

DEVELOPMENT- more balls in play. increase tempo (expect a drop in quality)
Coaching Points:
Receiving ball on back foot
Player receiving ball. Movement away from ball/cone- shoulder check (check space behind and around)- 1st touch back foot (out of body) 2nd touch is a pass- follow pass.
Player passing ball. Timing (when to pass ball)- Weight of pass (not too hard or too soft) - Accuracy (of pass)
Go anti-clockwise (right foot only) and clockwise (left foot only)
DEVELOPEMENT.

player 3 passes ball into 10 x 10 grid to attack goal
player 2 defends goal
player 4 is resting. once play is finished all players rotate one position anti clock wise

can reds get ball past blues to red team to repeat process.
