SETUP - 30x24, play 3v3. Once your side's goal is scored on, players in waiting attack opposite goals. If ball goes out of bounds, coach plays new ball in. CHALLENGE - Limit the amount of time players have to score.
OBJECTIVE - To attack space quickly.
COACHING POINTS - Make movement forward/positive once you win the ball. Look to exploit open space through running with ball or pass into space for mate to run onto.

SETUP - Full width x 60y w/ endzone making up central 10y. 9v7 w/ blue scoring by connecting pass into enzone. Yellow play to large goal. CHALLENGING - Limit touches. Time limit to score once you've won ball.
OBJECTIVE - To exploit opposition unbalance and attack w/ pace.
COACHING POINTS - When in a game can a counter attack be "on?" Proper decision making when to drop or put pressure on ball. Attack the spaces that are open at speed by either moving the ball quickly through combinations or running with the ball. Win ball - go forward to try and take advantage of the opposition being unbalanced.

Counter Attack Rondo (15 mins)
SETUP - 24x36 w/ grids dived as in diagram. Two 4v1 rondos w/ Yellow screening passes in middle grid. Blue play rondo and build up to 9 for a point. Ball starts w/ 5. Yellow wins ball and attacks goal. Blue central players 5, 6, 8 can defend. CHALLENGE - Must score in 5 seconds. Limit touches.
OBJECTIVE - To win ball and attack quickly.
COACHING POINTS - To counter attack effectively, players need to attack the spaces that are open at speed by either moving the ball quickly Through combinations or running with the ball into space. When winning the ball the first pass or movement with the ball should be forward to try and take advantage of the opposition being unbalanced.
