4v2 Switch (20 mins)

4v2 swith 

Blue players in box one must complete 5 passes and both evade red defenders but also set up to create the switch pass opportunity into box two. After 5 passes blue can pass to the free player on the swith and 3 move into the next box with the 2 red defenders. If red wins the ball they can shoot at the corner goals

Using width to switch play and hit 9 (20 mins)

Blue and red play agfainst eahc other. The 9 from each team sits in the zone behind the 3 target gates. Bouncers on each end.

Tream need to work to draw defence one way to enable point of attack switch to hit bouncer wide. Once bouncer is played, can look to play through one of the gates. Point is scored if the 9 successfully controls ball. 9 needs to anticipate the point of attack moving and be in position to take the pass
