Passing Pattern 1: (Disguised Intentions)
1 > 2 (who checks off at angle to receive hips open)
If 3 gives an angle then disguise give n go
2 > 4 who lays off to 3
3 diagonal ball to 5
5 give and go with 4
Then shoots on goal or bottom corners.

Disguised Passing Pattern: Option 2
1 > 2 (who checks off at angle to receive hips open)
If 3 Stays high,
2 Disguises pass down the line and cuts inside. 3 moves out of central space
2 > 4 who lays off to 3
3 diagonal ball to 5
5 give and go with 4
Then shoots on goal or bottom corners.
Coaching Points: Disguise intentions with hips, shoulders and head. TRY it!

Passing Pattern B: Option 1
2 checks away & checks to from angle.
If 1 > 2, 2 turns inside (outside, inside turn, etc.)
3 gives an angle then give-n-go with 2
2 > 4
4 Give and go with 3
4 plays chipps ball to run of 5

Passing Pattern B: Option 2
2 checks away & checks to from angle.
If 1 by passes 2 and plays 3 (who needs to stay high - cannot be standing there),
2 spins out and gets it underneath.
3 lays off to 2 who plays 4.
4 Give and go with 3
4 plays chipps ball to run of 5

Tempo Possession to Targets
Objective: Learning when to go forward and when to draw defense in.
Grid: 30 x 40
3v3+2
Rules:
1 point = connect 4 passes inside square.
1 point = for switching it from 1 target to the other and back.
Target has 1 touch. Why? Immediate support is required and technical proficiency.
Progression:
1) Can add small counter goals to play into once ball is layed off by target for a one touch finish.
Coaching Points:
Knowing when to go forward, and when to keep it them to draw them in. Once line is broken, supporting players must get around ball to connect.

FIELD DIMENSIONS: 36x25 yards (12x12x12).
# OF PLAYERS: 13 (4v4+1N or 5v5)
TIME: 15 Minutes. Ratio: 4 minutes / 1 minute Rest
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
3 touch max, 1 touch finish. (encourage speed of play & immediate support when ball is switched.
2 teams with one neutral. Formation: 2-2 or 3-2
5 passes in one third = 1 point / scoring in mini goals = 1 point.
2 points. If assist and goal is off 1 touch (why? - draw players in, break lines + immediate support underneath)

- Partner checks at an angle (20 yards), play her lead foot (turn with it cut it back and play again)
- Partner receives to the side and pretends to pass, then cuts it back and drives ball
- 3 Touch Aerial ball partner game (first to 8 dominant foot / then weaker foot)
