GK start with the ball, the team in possession look to build the play utilising the wide Neutral players to beat the defensive line and create an opportunity to play the ball to the central area in front of the goal and score. Offside is in play.

Set-Up
Two teams of 7 outfield players with a GK. GK starts the play. The team in possession must look to build the attack and create an opportunity to score. Any goal scored with an assist from the marked-out areas between the edge of the 18-yard and 6-yard box is worth three goals, whilst any other goal is worth one.
The coach can move the start/restart positions of the ball to create different scenarios and pictures for their players based on the information they want to give.
Coaching Points- Be positive when they receive the ball, particularly close to the opposition's goal. The player in possession should look to drive forward with the ball, committing and drawing out a defender. Once a defender has been drawn out of position the player with the ball can look to slide a pass down the sides of the defender towards the target zones
- Attack the box in numbers. If 7 is looking to cross, 9/10/11& a6 need to be in the box.
- Balance behind the ball, cover in case the ball is lost.
- Make runs that threaten your opposition. Get into areas hard to defend, just off the defender's shoulder, between players/
