Overview
The passing pattern sees two balls move in a 'figure 8' pattern players are encouraged to receive the back foot with an open body shape to move the ball quickly.
Setup
Two 12m x 20m diamonds with mannequins set 6m apart (as shown) 1 player should be positioned on each mannequins , with spare players behind first player A & E.
Pattern 1
Player A & E begin with the ball.
The ball moves in simple sequence, with each player moving the ball with two touches. A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-A
All players should follow their pass to rotate to the next position.
Pattern 2 (Progression)
Player A & Player E begin with the ball. The sequence of E to H is a replication of A to D.
Player A passes the ball to Player B (1), who is positioned in front of the mannequin . Player A moves forwad after the pass to receive the ball back (2).Player B spins and makes a run outside and behind the mannequin, whilst Player A passes a long pass to Player C (3). Player C bounces the ball to Player B (4), and then spins quickly around the mannequin to receive the ball back again (5). Player C passes the ball to Player D (6) before contuining the run inside to receive the ball back again (7) and play through to Player E (8)
All players should be rotating through A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H positions after their involvement in the sequence is finished.

Overview
This double-striker passing sequence is designed to work on the combination and movement of two strikers. The strikers are encouraged to work in opposites through specific combanition to break the defensive line.
Setup
Half field/pitch as shown, 3 mannequins are used to mimic defenders and placed 6m apart and 5m on top of the 18 yard box as shown.
