Organization:
2v2 in the middle with 2 neutrals on the outside as the 1st and 3rd line
Instructions:
Team with the ball scores points by playing from one neutral to another. Neutrals can play to each other to score a point for the team in possession. Play for 1 minute and switch neutral team.
Coaching Points:
Angle of support from ALL players; Adjust body positioning and position on the field with every pass, Middle players look to see if they can penetrate when they receive it and the players on the end look to position themselves so they can play 1 touch if needed.
Movement to support player on the ball with every pass.
Neutral players look to penetrate across lines, head up to identify which line they can play to when receiving the ball. If they cannot penetrate multiple lines can you still play to the next line. Support the ball on the same side as the 1st line
Middle players Look to penetrate to the next line when receiving it and if they can not are they able to keep possession
Receiving with pressure over shoulder.

4v4 + GKs
One team plays in a 1-2-1 (With the forward playing along the offsides line)
The other team plays in 2-1-1 (With the forward playing along the offsides line)
Can only score by dribbling across line before finishing or passing.
Coaching Points:
Angle of support from ALL players; Adjust body positioning and position on the field with every pass, Players look to see if they can penetrate when they receive it and the players on the end look to position themselves so they can finish on goal right when they receive it or play to teammate if they are not able to.
Movement to support player on the ball with every pass. Combine with midfield players so they can penetrate on the dribble
Look to penetrate across lines, head up to identify which line they can play to when receiving the ball. If they cannot penetrate multiple lines can you still play to the next line.
Look to penetrate to the next line when receiving it and if they can not are they able to keep possession and find another way to penetrate.

Instructions:
Player B starts with the ball and plays back to either player A. Player A then plays a square pass to the other Player A who can play to either B or C. Player B moves to the opposite side to support in the 2nd line, Player C moves to the same side as the ball and creates a lane for a pass through to the 3rd line. All players must touch the ball and player B must EXIT the field with the ball on the dribble.
2 Touches from all players.
Coaching Points:
Angle of support from ALL players; Adjust body positioning and position on the field with every pass (B looks to receive to play backward or forwards based on pass and what is in front, C looks to receive to play 1 or 2 touch ball into player B based on the run of Player B)
Two movements (1st when Player B plays pass back to A: 2nd when Player A plays square to the other Player A)
How to receive the ball based on pass given (Front foot vs Back foot)
Creativity to get player B across the line (give and go, through ball, lay off)
Quality of passes (Two touch or 2 seconds on ball)
Regression
