Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Small sided game (4v4 but numbers are adaptable). 2 players in both channels. Players outside the channels can not enter the channels. Whichever team passes into channel will receive the ball back from the channel. Ball is allowed in the channel for maximum 7 seconds. Focus on using the wings and scoring from crosses.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Score first time from a cross for 2 goals. All goals must be scored in 18 yard box or semi circle.
