Objectives

Set Up
Area 40 x 25 yards, with 10 yard end zone on each end. In each corner of 20 x 20 inner square, cones to make 3x3 yard box. Full size goal on each end line.
Rules and Conditions
4v4+4 with Gk's. Two teams work together (one team in play, one team as targets), to keep the ball away from the opponent. When the defenders win the ball, the are to try and play into an end zone to go 1vGk and try and score.
Possession team to score 8 goals. Defending team to score 4 goals to win.

Set Up
44 x 60 yard field (25:10:25). Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
9v9 + 5N. 1 neutrals play as CM, 4 Neutrals play in wide areas (as overlapping full backs). Final areas split into a 4v3 with a 2v2 + N in the middle area. 2 players (including the neutral) can join the end area to attack and/or defend. Each team allocates Neutrals in wide areas who get maximum 2 touches. One CM must stay in midfield area (to help with offensive transition). Play a continuous game.
Time
4 x 6 minutes (Or as many games as possible in 24 minutes). 1 minute rest.
Progression
First team to score a first-time finish from a cross will win.
