Objective:
Blue players run from the squared area and receive a pass from a red player on the outside.
After returning the pass, they must run back to the squared area before finding a different player to receive a pass from.
This continues for 2 minutes and then the blues and reds swap positions.
Progressions:
Vary the passes into the receiving player.

Set Up:
- In pairs. 1 Defender, 1 Attacker
- The Defender plays a ball to the Attacker who must control and get a shot away at goal
- The Defender follows their pass and applies pressure to the Attacker
- Different type of passes into the Attacker
- Add a cone for the Defender to run around before applying pressure, to give the Attacker a few more seconds to get the ball under control

Set Up
- 25x20 pitch with a end zone in each half
- 2 x defenders in the defensive zone
- 2 x midfielders in the central zone
- 1 x attacker in the final third
- No goalkeepers
- Players must stay within their zone
- Normal game rules
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- The team must control the ball using at least 3 different methods before attempting to score (foot, knee, head, chest, etc)
- Encourage longer passes to break the lines and increase the control difficulty

30 x 20, with 3 x channels measuring 10 x 20.
Practice:
Control and passing.
Player in the middle works with the players on the outside, making up a team of 3.
The player in the middle will receive the ball from one of the players on the outside, return the ball to the same player then turn and make a run to the player at the opposite end of the zone to repeat the process.
