Combine two fields from Drill1
Quickly place pairs of cones (or ask players to do so) during a drinks break
Groups of 3-4 with 2 defenders
Drill
Groups aim to play passes though as many gates as they can in 60-90 seconds.
1) Defenders are blockers - they stand between gates to close them to passing teams
2) Defenders become active, but must hold a pennie or cone to be attached and work together
3) Defenders are fully active, but encouraged to work together against the same group. (Coach must encourage them to mix which group they press each if longer than 10 seconds)
Cones can be made wider or narrower for difficulty and change in point value to encourage competition between groups.
