Organization:
40x30 yard area setup as show.
Payers are divided up evenly, 2 target players for each team, one in each side zone.
With lower numbers don't use specific targets just limit one player per team in an endzone at a time.
Instructions:
Start with balls played in hand and progress to balls being played by feet.
Teams score by getting the ball to their target player in the end zone.
The target player must control the ball in the end zone to score the point.
Once point is scored the target player must now dribble out and the teammate who passed it takes his place inside the endzone.
Defenders are not allowed inside the end zone.
If the ball goes out, play is started with a kick in.
Targets can not defend each other in the endzones.
Coaching Points:
Movement to be in a supporting position.
Head up to see position of teammates and defenders
Changing speeds of movements
May require multiple movements to get open 2-4
Recognition of where high and low pressure are, can we get the ball to low presure quickly.
Progressions/Regressions:
P - Two touch max.
R - Add a neutral player.

Organization:
- Half field set as shown.
- Line set outside the penalty area.
- 2v2 or 1v1 at the top of the box.
- 3v3 plus nuetral or 5v4 in the attacking third.
Alternative Can play with nuetral and 1v1 / 2v2 + nuetral / 1v1 both ways depending on numbers
Instructions:
- White team is attacking and looking to play into fowards using mobility before entering in the box to score. Once the ball finds the targets feet, all attackers can move forward and two defenders may drop in to help.
Coaching Points:
- Weight of passes
- Types of runs (angled, diagnal, bent, delayed)
- Movement to create opportunities to play forward
Progressions/Regressions:
Progression: More attackers can drop in to attacking area once target is played.
Regression: Remove defender that marking the forwards.

4 Corners (20 mins)
Organization:
40x30 grid
coned off corners
- players in squares waiting to receive ball
Instructions:
- players with soccer ball play to next position and follow their pass
- One group passes clockwise and the other passes counter clockwise
Coaching Points:
Passing with proper weight of pass
Receiving with a progressive touch - not stopping the ball
Weight and timing of pass based on team members run (with progressions)
Timing of run based on my team members "what's next"
When do I make a bent run vs straight or diagnal run
Proggressions:
- Players check out of box before receiving pass
- Players pass to empty box with team members making runs into box to receive the pass (Need to adjust so that players have empty box)
