MUST receive ball with foot that is farthest from passer (open body position).
MUST create angle by sliding to nearest cone.
MUST play 2 touch.
MUST say name of who you are passing to.
Progression:

Coaching Points:
+ Pace of pass --> we need to get used to hard passes in tight situations
+ Drawing defender in to open up space for others
+ Support angle is more important than distance (GET TO CONE)

Activity:
Team in possession tries to maintain possession. Out of possession team sends over 2 defenders and tries to win ball to play back into their grid.
1 point for each successful win of possession (transferring ball or if ball goes out on in-possession team)
Coaching Points:
~ Using inside player to break pressure (Out-In-Out)
~ Defenders pressing as a unit to force play into corners
~ Defenders recovering centrally when beat

Normal soccer rules with a half line. All players must be in attacking half to score.
Coaching Points:
+ 3 Seconds of Fury when losing possession
+ Team winning possession needs to break that initial pressure (use GK)
