2 Teams

Split up team evenly in two lines

-In channel

-Middle of grid

Instructions:

Player A plays player B a through ball in the Channel

Once player A plays a through ball they make a run towards goal

Player B has 4 touches to get the ball to the end line and serve it across to player A

Once blue team shoots, red team should go

Coaching Points:

5 minute rounds whichever team has the most goals wins

Add a defender in the box with multiple runners
