3 Team possession / transition

Instructions:

Greens in possession attempt to keep possession for 5 passes against 2 yellow defenders, then have to transfer the vball to the greens at the opposite end. 2 alternate Yellows enter opposite end and attempt to win ball back from greens. If yellows intercept or win possession, the take the place of the team that gave up the ball. (Must be done quickly)

Team in possession can play through the neutral players, or direct to opposite end after 5 pasess.

2 players in black are neutral and support team in possession (players #9 & #10)

Coaching Points:

Neutrals work together to play through, constant movement and angles. Receive ball at 1/2 turn.

Look for passing lanes between defenders

Conditions: 3 touch, 2 touch, 1 touch, Below head height

Progressions: Allow more defenders, allow neutrals to support in end area, and dribble ball into middle 3rd.
