Objectives:

Setup:
8x12 yard boxes on top of 18
Activity:
Passer plays near player who plays back (1) and then slides wide to cone. (2) 2nd pass goes to long player who has moved opposite near player and lays off (3) for shot on goal.
Rotate by moving up one spot.

Setup:
Same as previous, but add a defender.
Activity:
Entry pass can be made to near or far player and then the 2 players work together to get a shot on goal.
Back line of box is offside line.
Coaching Points:
+ Opposite movements by attackers to force the defender to make a decision.
+ Entry pass to player that has best chance to attack.
+ Far player is ideal since it breaks lines.
+ Attackers being side on in order to player forward.

Intervals:
2 min work x 10 reps = 20 min
Setup:
2 goals 18 yards apart in 18 yard box
2 teams - 4v4 in middle, 4 players in attacking half on outside of box
Activity:
Normal soccer rules as teams try to score using 4 in the middle and 4 outside players on their team.
Outside players should play in 1-2 touch.
Outside players cannot defend.
Coaching Points:
+ When ball goes wide, move opposite for service into middle
+ Using endling players for combinations
+ Working to create scoring chances between the posts and inside penalty spot

You, Me and We

Intervals:
3 min work + 1 min rest x 4 games = 16 minutes
Setup:
44x40 field with 2 goals and a center line (for offside)
Activity:
Normal flying changes except there's an all-time #9 that only attacks which puts the attacking team in a 4v3 situation.
Offside applies in attacking half of field (need a center line).
Coaching Points:
+ Thinking about defending when attacking and vice versa
+ Defenders using offside line to compact space
+ Attackers making forward runs when player on ball has time and space
