Grids are 15 yards by 15 yards. Players will start on opposite corners. The defender will pass the ball into the attacker. The attacker is trying to score on whichever line that's connected to the defenders corner they like. Once a point is scored or the ball goes out of play reset.

- Go into the open space
- Small touches to keep the ball close to you

Playing area is 30 yards wide and 40 yards long (with another 10 yards as an endzone).
The attacking team have 5 players (playing in a diamond with 1 in the middle of it), they are trying to score on the goal.
The defending team have 4 players, defending in a diamond. If the defending team wins the ball, they can either dribble it into the endzone for 2 points, or they can find one of the targets in the endzone. The targets have 1 touch, and one of the players on the defending team must get receive the ball in the endzone for 1 point.
Ball always starts from the coach playing it into the attacking team (usually played to the further player).

Dribbling Circle
In a big circle, even players on the inside and the outside.
Players on the inside have the balls at their feet, players on the outside don't have a ball.
While players are in the middle they will be dribbling around, once they have done that they can dribble the ball outside to a player without the ball and they will switch places.
Progressions:
- Before a player leaves the middle they must do 1 turn (can be 2 turns, 3 turns)
- Before a player leaves the middle they must do a dribbling move
