Dribbling Diamonds (15 mins)
Every player has a ball and must be on a cone of 3 yard by 3 yard diamond, introduction to tread the grapes and moving the ball direction with laces.
U8/U9 players only train one direction at a time until they know their right and left.

Once they get directional sense coach will indicate a direction and the players must move round 1 cone in that direction. Coach shouts number and direction. Have competition who can arrivae at the cone the quickest, have them shout their name.

Dribbling (15 mins)
5-7 yard continuos diamonds, 2 sets if group is big
players dribble right foot to the right, do their assigned move pior to the cone (the defender) and switch to left, zig zagging to opposite end.

1v1 with shot (15 mins)
Player at the side of the net plays the ball out to the top of the box. The receiving player then plays 1v1 against the passer, switch lines after each turn
Make teams and make it a scoring competition.
