Description

SET UP:

On one side of the field set up separate speed cones 15 each.
Divide the players into equal groups of 2 or 3 players.


ACTION:
In each section of the cones, the players will start a simple round-trip race for 2 minutes
In each phase, the intensity will increase and the distance too, and the time will always be two minutes.
Follow the sequence until you cover the total distance established with the cones.
Do three repetitions.
This is an anaerobic endurance race, not a speed race.


FITNESS POINTS
Observe the intensity and power of the players
Observe the resistance in each repetition
Control the recovery time of each player (Basal Pulse)

  • Try to pass to end zone player and switch with that player.
  • Look for the forward pass, but if it is not on, be patient and keep possession and probe for an opportunity for a killer pass
