Instructions:
Player A takes a touch to the side
B checks to the opposite side of the touch, C checks to the same side
A plays the ball in to B's front foot
B chips the ball into their hands, then volleys in to player C
C dribbles back to the end of the grid
Rotation: A>B>C
Coaching Points:
Movement of B- Open body shape
Weight and quality of first pass
Receive with front foot
Chip to opposite hand
Strike the volley with laces through middle of the ball
Progressions:
P- Chip>tap>volley
P-Chip>volley

A plays in to C, who chips and volleys on net
Player B applies passive pressure on A's pass.
Players switch grids after 4 minutes

Defenders must stay behind behind attackers when ball is in the other half (eg. the white defender behind the blue attacker in the picture above
2 pts for a volley goal, 1 pt for all other goals
Play to 2 or 3 minutes before rotating teams
