Technical Juggling (10 mins)

- Players bounce the ball and juggle ones and catch.
- Players bounce the ball and juggle twice and catch.

- Players bounce the ball and juggle twice in between the Connes and catch.

Small-sided activity:
2v2 using principle of defending
Player A pressure the ball and B goes behind to Cover the space
Looking for defending position on both players.
Players must trapp the attacker to go outside.
Player A must drop as a cover as soon as he gets bit and B get into the pressure.

Intensity in the attack as soon the ball is recovered.
