TASK 1 : HOW COVER THE BALL (15 mins)

Description:

Easy action 1 Vs 1: The players just have a limit square where the have to move and protect the ball if the can stay with the ball more than 15 seconds they win a point

The game start with a easy pass when Coach give the kick off

Organization:

Set up: Two Teams ( 5 players White and 5 Players Blue)

Sets: 10 minutes

2x4 minutes (4-5 reps each player)

Variants:

1) Adding mini goals when the player recover we give the option to finalise
2) If one defender finalise his action before the rest of teanmates he can support another teanmate to recover the next ball

Description:

2 TEAMS VS 1 TEAM: PROTECT MY BALL

White & Purple Players have to start runing with the ball in the limit area when 2 Orange players starts pressing to achieve his goals. After 20 seconds 2 extra Orange playres adding to the game looking for completing his task to recover and score and eliminate all players

Organization:

Set up 3 teams: 3 Whites - 3 Purple & 4 Orange.

6 x 3 minutes

Variants:

1) May be a good variant istead eliminate players help his teanmate to protect the ball
2) Players Eliminates can become in Defenders players too.

Description:

Limint game in the "Jail" each player can´t move just in his space White team should move fast the ball to find a wrong movement of Puple defensive line. If White players get it jus have to acess with a floor pass to connect with his strikers to finishing the action (2 VS 1) + goalkeeper.

Organization:

Set up 2 Teams ( White Team 5 players + Purple Team 4 players)

Sets: 20 minutes

4 x 5minutes ( each players has to rotate per each position role: Defensive line and CB Purple Team and Midfielder line and ST in White Team.

Variants:

1) Adding mini goals to purple team when defensive line achieve the objective to block the pass and doing more real the game.

Description:

Team White ( 5 players) has to keep the possesion moving the ball due to find the best option to connect with orange player wheh White Team achieve connect can look for score goal in the big goal and Purple Team defend.

We want Purple Team "wins" this task they will be champions if the can block /interceptiom the pass to Orange player (His obkective like we told its cover the space behind your back). If they recover the ball they have to score goal in wherever goal that they find (3 minigoals / sticks + Big goal)

Organization:

Set up two teams ( one of them Whites in number superiority sparring in order Purple Team focus on defensive work) + a extra joker that palys inside the red square.

Sets: 15 minutes

2x6 minutes: Important all players experience to be just three players moving and defending the square (block the pass) and fast counterattack.

Variants:

1) To try to do easier for Team White if the don´t have a good control to accumulate a lot passes que can add a extra player to do fluent the passes.

Description:

Organization:

Set up: Two Teams. Same number of players Team White and Team Purple (4 vs 4) + 2 Orange jokers who role its to crossing and start the real game

Sets: 15 minutes

2 x 6 minutes. Each Team has to expericence both roles attack and defenders

Also its important change players that participate like orange jokers.

Variants:

1) Adding a extra action before the crossing due to Orange players be active before cross the ball
2) Adding a extra play with a extra White Player look for creating a nex action 3 vs 2 after both crossing balls.

TASK 6: MODIFIED GAME (20 mins)

Modified Match - 5 vs 5 + 4J + 2GK - 2 zones (25 mins)

Game concepts: Width and depth, progress vertically (skip line), close passing lines

Technical: Diagonal pass, layoff, oriented control.

Tactical: Support, lateral support, body orientation, depth, players in different hights to create passing lines to progress, occupy spaces to progress

Description:

5 vs 5 with 2 goalkeepers and 4 support players in half field. The space will be divided in two zones (offense-defense).

Organization:

All players ( purple and white teams) can move both zones but they have to keep a balance occupation organisazed.
We want to work both teams "fly together" and keep same distance between his lines so to be goal valid all team have to be in the offesive zone.
4 jokers players are supporters with both teams
To be valid the goal following with the same objective all sessison DEEP + WIDHT, the have to play with at least two wingers players. (Orange team)

Sets:

2 sets of 12' (25' total)

We change jokers players every 5 minutes.

Variants:

Adapt complexity (space, rules) according to level of the group (1st set: 7 vs 7 + 4 + 2GK / 2nd set: can change the disposition of players towards equality in offense and defense (exampe: 8 vs 8 + 2 + 2GK / 9 vs 9 + 2GK)
Desing three zones and set some rules of individual players: Build up zone and Progress zone (2 touches, control and pass) and Finishing Zone free touches all players
Looking for it happends more header duels give double value header goals crossing from Joker players and we get they play with wingers.
