Set up: set is the same as DSR 1 except replace the goal with a cone and a ball on top of the cone.
Exercise: The relay is the same as DSR 1 except ther is no shot line and the players compete two at a time instead of continuous. the player that dribbles and shoots and knocks the ball off the cone first is the winner. reset the ball and start the next two players.

Set up: each team has two cones 10 yards apart. the cone with the ball on it is 10 yards beyond the shot line. (vary distances to change the difficulty)
Exercise: first player dribbles down and turns around the far cone, then they pass the ball back to their partner. The second player has two touches to shoot towards the target. Shot must come from behind the shot line.
Variation: shooting player must shoot a live ball (moving ball) cant let the ball stop.

DSR 1
set up: make two lines of cones (# and distance apart can vary depending on desired difficulty).
Exercise: Players dribble through the cones and then shoot towards the goal. After the first player shoots the next person in their line can begin their dribble. If the players miss the target they have to retrieve there ball and go to the back of their line. If they make it in the goal they leave their ball in the goal. The first team to get all of their balls in the goal is the winner.
Notes: Players have to shoot from behind the shot line.
