Set Up
Play 6v6 with 3 Neutral players to create the overload
Play 4 x 3 minute rounds 2 min break
The objective is the team in possession to switch the ball from one end to the other, if they do so successfully they maintain possession.
3 players from each team must stay in each half of the pitch.
3 Neutral players, 1 per end zone which can't be tackled the third neutral player stays on the half way line, they can be tackled
Key Points
In Possession
Make the pitch big (Width & Depth)
Limited touches 2-3 max, move the ball quickly
Body shape try to see both halfs of the pitch
Out of Possession
Be compact and narrow
Show wide and press
Trap them in an area
Transition In to Out
Set the trap fast - closest player to the ball
Supporting players, 2nd 3rd & 4th player. Press, be Persistent and Gain back possession quickly as a team
Transistion Out to In
Box is the attack, this is forever forming over the pitch, the game is where the ball is.
Keep the first pass
BOX is the Attack
Trap is the Defence
This is constantly forming and reforming
1 Player per end and 1 must stay on the half way line.

Set Up
2 Team
4 players from each team stand opposite each other at the side of the mini goals, 2 per goal either side.
Key Points
The players on the outside only have 1 touch
Teams can score in either of their goals off a first time pass from the players by the goals
The team that scores gets possession at the restart
Swap Roles
Challenges
Stay focused all the time, the first player to the ball has the advantage to scoring

2 Coloured cones opposite the players
Key Points
On coaches call a player from each team sprints across the pitch and around their cone.
The coach passes a ball to the first player around their cone.
Attacker dribbles into either shooting zone before shooting, If the Defender wins the ball they Attack.
Scorers stay on but they must sprint back around their cone (recovery run) whilst a player from the other team sprints round their cone.
