Warm Up/Moves of Week skill
Running with the ball with the inside/Outside of the foot
The players run with the ball using the inside/outside of both feet with quick touches on the ball. The exercise stimulates the contact of the ball and inside of the football control. Progress the exercise by requesting a higher rhythm and quickness of execution
For the last 2 minutes, select one player as a hunter, attempting to kick the remaining player's soccer out the grid, to rejoin the grid, players must complete 5 toe taps, so we're making it more competitive, IE King of the Ring.
Emphasis
Focus on using both the inside of both feet.

Being in control of the soccer balls and not having players chase the soccer ball

Under the Bridge
Objective:
To introduce the basic concepts of the game in a fun, positive learning environment.
Practice Organisation
Set up a 20x 20-meter playing area or adapt it to suit the number of players.
Arrange players into pairs with one ball.
One player stands with legs apart, and the other with the ball starts 2 meters away and tries and passes through the legs of the Bridges.
A Clean pass gets two points with one point of the ball hits the legs.
Swap roles after a minute.
Encourage the use of both feet for a challenge.
