Technique. 15mins.
Servers [blue] deliver the ball in to the centre circle with a command, head, chest, thigh or foot.
The receiving players [red] will have to execute the command with a header straight back, chest down and pass back. use thigh to kill the ball and pass back, inside and outside foot control and pass back.
Rotate players.
Use all key factors when executing each command.

Nominate 2 of the receiving players to become pressing players [black]. giving you a 3v2 inside the centre circle.
Using all of the key factors the receiving players will have to execute good control of the ball whilst under preasure from the pressing players.
Rotate all players between server [blue],receiver [red] and pressing player [black].

Split players in to teams of 5 lining up 2-1-1 and 1-2-1 with a goalkeeper.
This gives you a varity of passes to play meaning more opportunity to control the ball.

The foxes [blue] will have a bib slightly tucked into the shorts hanging out like a tail.
The farmers [red] will chase the foxes trying to pull their tails out,once all the tails have been pulled out rotate the farmers.
