Shielding
- Pass the ball to the opponent who then attempts to shield the ball while the other player tries to get the ball out of the 5m x 5m square
- Swap each time

- use arm to keep track of where they are
- maintain distance between opponent and the ball through body shape and position
Progression
- adapt to groups of 3. Two players shielding a ball each and one defender trying to get the balls out. Players collect their balls and come straight back in. 2 minute blocks then change the defender - how many times can you eliminate in the time period.

King of the Ring
Setup three squares and have three king of the rings going on.
Aim is to keep your ball inside the ring and eliminate others by kicking their ball out
Once eliminated join a new box
Progression
- Players in each of the three boxes compete, Groups of 6 - top three stop and then top 9 compete again in one ring and bottom 9 compete in a different ring. Top 3 in each ring then go into the final 6 to compete for KING of the Ring.

Shuttles races
Whole team, 5 races - sprint to cone, touch with hand, back to start then sprint full length
