Player B/c opens up to receive the ball on the back foot, after receiving the set to their team mate who shoots.
Players B and C the check around the poles and get into the ball for a cross from player D

Objective
Create over loads in order to keep possession
Organization
Area split into 3 zone like shown. 1v1 in each of the end zones and 3 v 3 in the middle zone. The ball starts in the middle zone and is played into either of the end zones, the player that passes the ball into the zone may go join their team mate in order to create a 2 v 1, after completing a two player combo the player on the ball can pass back to the middle zone and transition in order to make it 3 v 3 again.

2 ladders, 4 pole, 4 cones and 2 balls
Players go through the ladder, around the pole, over the hurdles, around the other pole to the cone, where a team mate passes you the ball and you pass back, 1 left footed pass, one right footed pass.
