1 touch passing pattern. Middle player pops out wide after the 2nd pass to make a triangle. Players stay in position just return to start. Rotate players every 3 minutes.

ORGANIZATION:
-2 even teams, 2 lines per team, balls at opposite corners
-2 GK's, 1 in each goal
-2v2 after a save, game still plays
-2v2 after a goal, the team that scores, starts with the next ball (always new 4 players)
-2v2 after the ball goes over an endline, whatever endline it goes out of bounds, that team starts with the ball
-2v2 after the ball goes over the sideline, whatever team knocked it out, the opposing team starts with the ball
