Players in a Circle.
.
3/4/5 Balls depending on numbers
.
Pair in the middle.
.
One of the pair will "Receive" first. Balls will get passed into this player. He will control them and lay them off for his partner to play out to a player without a ball - one touch control and lay off if possible!!
.
Key Points:
-Move away from the pass to create room in front to receive
-Communication from partner - telling where he wants the ball
-Partner tries to get round in front of the receiver for a nice easy lay off
.
Swap receivers then swap pairs after 10 receives each.

20x20 square diamond.
Players split behind the four cones with one player in the middle.
Two balls.
.
Player with a ball passes into the player in the middle who controls the ball dead with his first touch. The player who passed runs onto it and passes out straight ahead. The player who controlled the ball follows the pass out and joins the back of the line. The next ball is then passed into the new middle player and the play repeats itself.

Coach passes a ball into the square.
Once a Red player has the first touch, a Blue player sprints around the outside from gate 1.
When he reaches gate 2 he enters the square and starts trying to win the ball.
When the first player reaches gate 2, the next Blue player starts sprinting around to enter the square also.
The Red team try to get as many passes as possible before being tackled.
Play stops when the Blue team win the ball.
Coach Counts the passes, then the teams swap over to see if the Blue team can get more passes than the Red team.
.
Progressions:
Make Two-Touch inside the square
Shorten/lengthen the distance between the two gates.
.
Key Points:
Team in possession need to make the area as big as possible, and they need to pass and move rather than standing still.
Defending team needs to communicate and work together once more than 1 defender is in the square.
