Teach breakaway free ball technique, each GK has a ball
1.) start kneeling, use the near knee as the foot GK would step with bring hands back by hip, hands push through ball, finished position with top knee in for protection, hand placement on the ball, forearms in front of face for protection, eyes looking at ball
2.) Progress to standing, straight line to the ball, long step to lower body, bend at both knees

Two GKs in Goal and coach rolls the balls out towards the line. GKs call Keeper and attack the ball that is designated as theres. Can they beat the ball to the line and beat the other keeper as well. 1 point for beating to the line and 2 points for beating other GK. Play to 10.
CPs
Good position to defend the goal if coach were to shoot, but high enough to win the ball.
-LOUD and EARLY KEEPER Call and sprint to the ball.
-Take off early from the ball and use momentum to attack it.
-Good freeball technique is important and winning the ball with hands and head hitting the ground first!

GKs pair up w/a ball. 1 GK dribbles around and 2nd GK stalks and when 1st passes ball away they win w/a free ball save.
CPs
Stalking Shape - Hands below knees and open to field, knees bent so hands are low, head and chest up to be big. Balanced
Keeper Call when winning the ball. Good technique. Head and hands to the ball, push through.

-Ball Always starts on central cone for restarts.
-2v2; if scored on exit to the left and two new come on and start the game like a kickoff.
-Attacking team cannot use hands until defending team puts hands on ball to restart game.
-Attacking team must pass w/feet: no bowling or self passing
-Defending GKs use stalking and breakaway saves to defend. (1st and 2nd defender principles)

C. Lateral Shuffles through Sticks: Facing forward, facing backwards, Inside (3 rounds of each)
D. Sprint Through sticks with tight turns, sprint and set at each stick, sprint to each stick and shuffle around then sprint to next stick (4 rounds of each)
