Over half a field set up 11 field players in a 4-2-3-1 formation
Organization
Team played shadow play working through some patterns of play.
Coaching Points:
- Play forward if possible
- Support play
- as play progresses up the field make sure to stay connected from back to front

Set-up
Full field game playing 11 v 7.
Organization.
Finished with a 11v7 game encouraging quick counter attacks. After an attack the team in black would receive a long punt/kick from the white teams back line to start the next wave of attack. If white team won the ball they would attack the opposite goal.
