Method: Possession with a purpose. 8 v 8 in your zones. When we pass through the thirds the team in possession can move an extra player into the next zone to create an overload. When the attack breaks down defending players must return to their original zones.
Coaching Points: (In Possession) Work the openings. Be patient. Use the extra player in each zone.
(Out of Possession) work as a team to close the spaces. Block passing lanes. Can players in other zones position themselves to impact the press??
