7 v 5 attack v defence (Plus keeper), the defenders are outnumbered so they have to keep their shape and work together. For added difficulty, every restart of play is for the benefit of the attackers (Eg, if it goes out for a goal kick, the attackers get a corner instead, every throw in is for the attackers as well).
To get a point, defenders have to keep possession for 5 passes (Can be increased if too easy). Rotate players through the attackers and defenders every few minutes until everyone has played for both sides (Including the keeper if you don't have a set keeper).

Delay, Cover, Balance Drill
Delay: 1v1 defending, the attacker is trying to get over the line, the defender is trying to prevent them. Ball is always played diagonally from a defender to an attacker to begin the drill. The attacker/s should be encouraged to try and get over the line as quickly as possible.
Cover: 2v2 defending, the first defender (The one closest to the ball) gets close to the attacker and delays as per the first session, while the second player positions themselves to prevent the pass.
Balance: 3v3 defending, the attackers work together to try and probe a hole, while the defenders move forward and back maintaing their shape.
