Organization:
25yd x 30yd grid / x4 mini goals / 8-10 players / soccer balls
Split grid into x2 halves / x1 team in each half / multiple balls
1 vs 2
Red player dribbles in and once inside main grid x2 Blue players are activated in a 1 vs 2 contest
Red player can score on x2 mini goals / Blue players if they win the ball score on x1 mini goal
Coaching points:
Red player - be direct / be creative / attack at speed / recover if you lose the ball
Blue players - closest player to ball apply immediate pressure / 2nd defender provide cover
communicate at all times
If Blue win the ball quick transition using #s up advantage to score quickly on counter attack goal
