Progression 1

Progressions

Dribble to first cone, stop the ball dead by the cone, move around right side of diamond to opposite ball, touch out of feet and strike at goal

Shooter then swaps with GK and the GK collects the ball and joins opposite group

All progressions can follow the same routine but on left side

Key Points

Speed of movement/Touch out of feet(If necessary)/Toes pointing down making contact through the center of the ball with the laces part of the foot/Could also finish with inside or outside of foot depending on position of GK

Progression 3

Progressions

Server plays a 1-2 with receiver who then moves quickly around right side of diamond, the server then plays a weighted pass in to the path of the striker who takes a touch out of their feet and strikes at goal.

Server becomes receiver ,Shooter then swaps with GK and the GK collects the ball and joins opposite group

Perform same routine but with strike on left side

Progression 5

Progressions

Server plays a pass to the receiver who stops the ball dead and then moves around the right side of the diamond to the opposite ball. As soon as the server initiates play with the pass they will run to the further red cone on their right side before turning and engaging in a 1v1 against the oncoming opposite attacker.
