Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):

Into a small sided Game.

Coach B Geraint to walk through 1 minute, play for 2 minutes concurrent interventions, 1 minute intervention. 1 minute play.

Coach A Gavin to take over 1 minute play, 2 minutes intervention, coaching process. 2 minutes play with concurrent feedback.

Full size goals added pitch no 2/3 but narrowed with cones to remove wide players

Blues now bring in a GK so its 8 v 8 + common player.

Balls in both goals now so either keeper can start the game
