Organization:
1. 40x30 field set up a shown
2. 6 players per grid, 4 attacking players, 2 defensive
3. One ball per grid
Instructions:
1. Defender plays the ball into attacking players.
2. Attacking players play 2v1 trying to score on goal
3. Defending player tries to win the ball and score a point by dribbling through the counter gate.
4. Once play has been completed players rotate, and play begins again.
5. Players rotate to their right.
Coaching Points:
1. Player in possession driving inwards and at defenders
2. Dribbling with nearest foot to support player
3. Recognition of overlapping player to help unbalance defense
4. Timing of pass to overlapping player
5. Timing of run of supporting player
Progressions:
1. Add a goal
2. Turn into a transition game: 1v0, 2v1

Activity 1 (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 40x30 field set up a shown
2. Separate players into 2 groups
3. One ball per grid
Instructions:
1. Defender passes the ball into 1st attacker and players passive defense
2. 1st attacker receives the ball and dribbles into the space of the 2nd attacker
3. 2nd attacker overlaps the 1st attacker creating an option for the 1st attacker to pass to.
4. 1st attacker passes to 2nd attacker who then dribbles through on eof the open gates.
5. Players rotate to their right
Coaching Points:
1. Player in possession driving inwards and at defenders
2. Dribbling with nearest foot to support player
3. Recognition of overlapping player to help unbalance defense
4. Timing of pass to overlapping player
5. Timing of run of supporting player
Progressions:
1. Defener is live from frist pass
2. Allow players to not play the pass and go alone to score
