Def plays to attacker who attempts to score in either target goal or wide gates (Yellow), def attempts to win ball & counter through opposite end gates (orange).
Progression: Make it a times competition Target goal = 3 PTS, Gates = 1 PT, counter attack goal = 2PTs.
Key Points: Def high & put pressure on attacker, defensive body position, be patient eyes on the ball, show attacker onto weak foot block sight of goal, wait for chance to tackle & counter attack.
