Organization:
-Players work in Teams of two
-Other pair is 20-30 yards away
Instructions:
-one partner tosses ball to team mate, On one bounce they use inside of foot to launch ball to other team
-Other players try to trap ball, then pick up and repeat process
-Do not rush movement as these are higher level movements and they need the time to process

Make a game, Every time you get the ball to other players chest, Point
-every time you get it to them on one bounch point,

Organization:
Players on outside of area pick the ball up and serve ball in the air to the 4 defenders(in purple) and 3 attackers(White). Can defenders get in front of ball and knock it out of area before defenders can turn and hit ball
-Defenders want to try and knock ball to one of the players outside of the grid,
-You would never try possession with 3 attackers and 4 defenders so the job becomes to knock the ball out of the area and clear the danger
-If three attackers can get the ball can they work together to get a shot off
-Rotate players as you see fit

Organization:
-Players are paird up
-One with a ball and one doing the work for 45 seconds
-3 reps per person
Instructions:
-Players are paired up, if numbers are odd three people in one group can work
-Toss ball to players foot about 3-5 yards apart, do not allow players to get to far
-They use the inside of the foot to knock ball back in to players chest, Alternate feet every time
-Player shuffles feet around a cone to have them moving to use Left foot on Left side of cone, and right foot on right side of cone
-Switch after 45 seconds and continue process till all players have gone for 3 turns
-Inside of foot hit, Laces Hit, Bounce/Inside of foot hit, Bounce/Laces hit, Chest/Inside of foot hit, Chest/Laces hit
Coaching Points:
Inside of foot
-Toe up/Heel down
-Watch the ball hit foot
-Adjust body position to allow best angle to knock ball back
-Make sure to bend at knee and at hips to allow foot to make contact

-Toe down
-Ankle Locked
-eyes watch ball hit foot the entire way
-body over ball, knee over ball
-Must be willing to move feet to allow for proper body shape as this technique is extremely difficult
