Explanation
Both teams will focus on the same in possession principle, but only ONE team will be coached at a time. The objective for in possession team is to get the ball into their #9 by playing through, around or over the opposition.
In possession GK will pass into either DEF (In Zone), to begin play.
In Possession team looks to move the ball into their #9 using midfield players.
Out of Possession to keep to main principles.
Looking for #6 to screen passes into the opposition #9, stopping any easy direct passes.
Looking for BLUE team to transition quickly when they regain possession of the ball. Fast accurate passing to exploit any space in behind.
Players are locked into their zone of the pitch at beginning of the session.
Play then restarts with GK at end of last shot.

Conditions, challenges and Targets
1. Players must try to break lines of opposing team by playing split passes through opposition midfield. Each team will score 2 goals for splitting MF and 1 for playing around or over.
2. Limit touches in possession (if high success rate)
