Screen 2 (15 mins)
Explanation
Play will start from server top of the box and he will play a low or bouncing ball towards the mannequin on the right and side for the goalkeeper to come out and drive through the ball with a dive.
Second phase is a sharp little 1v1 action more of a block shape from around the mannequin.
Phase 3 ball is played from server 1or 2 across the face of goal for a more live 1v1 action between server 3 and the goalkeeper.

Screen 3 (20 mins)
Play to start from coach from anywhere in the box, gk to work in relation to the ball at all times. Coach will play a shot, cross, pass etc to either gk who will play a through ball to any of the 3 gks attacking. If gk remains in possession of the ball after save, he will continue to play either shooting or slide ball for opposite gk to deal with another phase of attack at his own goal.

Explanation
Play to start from GK who passes into opposite attacker, from there a 1v1 with a defender will happen.
Progression 1 - Add secondary attacker after 3 seconds
Progression 2 - competition between both teams.

Explanation:
Goalkeeper begins in between the pole and the dummies. The two dummies are in the vision of the goalkeeper to put immediate pressure on the goalkeeper. A volley is then served between the dummies for then the second server that is hidden behind plays a ball softly towards either mannequin for the goalkeeper to come and smother. The tempo should slowly rise as the goalkeepers progress in the session.
