How to Play:
Players dribble through a maze of cones using small touches.
The coach challenges them to use different surfaces of the foot (inside, outside, sole).
Coaching Points:
Use small, controlled touches. (inside & outside of foot)
Keep the ball close while moving.

4 Goal Game Challenge
How to Play:
Players must dribble through whatever color combination the coach calls and then score a goal.
Mix and match the colors to have kids dribble everyone
How many goals can you score under one minute?
Coaching Points:
Use small, controlled touches. (inside & outside of foot)
Keep the ball close while moving.

Game: Traffic Cop
How to Play:
One player (or coach) is the "traffic cop."
Other players dribble around the field while following traffic signals:
"Green Light" = Dribble fast
"Yellow Light" = Dribble slow
"Red Light" = Stop with a foot on the ball
"Speed Bump" = Do a toe tap before continuing
Coaching Points:
Keep head up while dribbling.
Use both feet for ball control.
