-3 Teams with an attacking unit of 6 against 3 defenders.

-Attacking players should look to stay in their units to create movement to score goals.

-Any player can move into the scoring zone but only one attacking player from a channel. The defender from the same channel can also enter the channel to defend.

-Only the Blue's can pass the beyond the offside line, allowing passing to come from wide areas as well as central passes.

-If the defending team win the ball they must pass back to the Blue center back.

3 teams of 3 with Blacks and Reds combining together to pass the ball into the end zone for a team mate to run onto the ball.

Blue's must try and prevent passing ball getting through to end zone.

Swap teams around so players can experience attacking movement play.
