Objective:
To learn how to receive the ball and the use of the first touch
Instructions:
Variation 1
- The Blue player passes the ball to the Purple player
- The Purple Player must take a first touch either to his/her right or left depending on the defender's position
- Once the pass has been made, the Blue player rushes out to defend the pug nets
- If the Blue player intercepts the ball, they must then pass it back to the next blue player in order to maintain possession
