*Whitsle is marked as a red cone with coach on left side of court
Coaching Points
* When doing a bounce pass aim near the receiver's feet, so when the ball bounces back up it meets their hands at the correct height.

* When aiming the ball, step forward, extend your arms & snap your wrists to throw the ball forward & down into the floor.
* Watch surroundings not to cause collision between other pairs
* Use all the space, move around in different directions.
Progressions / Adaptations
Progression: add in more options when passing, so the focus can stick on bounce pass but the participants are not bored by doing the same thing over & over again
Adaptation: give them time to focus on doing the bounce so they know where to aim & throw the ball at.
