Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): warm up

DESCRIPTION:  Dribbling and ball feeling warm up 

• Players within the area are to dribble inside the circle and they can free dribble in the space
• at an point, coach will shout 1,2, or 3 and performers mush complete the designated action
• #1: touch the ball with knee
• #2: jump
• #3: 5 seconds running on the spot touching ball

AIMS:

• Enhance the players ball feeling and different dribbling skills in the tight space 

• More touching the ball to allow players to be in a better state to enter the next skill practice session

BEHAVIOURS:

• Players can use inside foot, outside foot and sole to past others dribblers in the tight space
• Dribbling with game speed and acceleration in the open space
• All players can head up when they dribbling
• Players outside the circle can keep the tempo with ball mastery 

CONDITIONS:

• Use both feet 

• Players inside the circle can not touch any players when dribbling
