Week 13 (45 mins)

Organization: 3 areas of 15x15, cones, hurdles , rings, pylons, nets

Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, swimming strokes, splash feet....

Instructions:

Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, pylons for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed.

Activity 2-10min: Split players into teams of 4-5, (run two15x10 grids and split the 3's and 4's). Players run out one per team and grab a coloured cone (coach calls out colour) and returns to drop it into the matching ring. Next player goes and coach calls out colour for that player. Continue until all the cones are gone and count the cones for each team to see who wins.

Progression- after a couple of runs add a ball so the player must dribble while getting the cones.

Final Game- 15min: U3- play 2v2 U4- play 3v3

Week 14 (45 mins)

Activity 2-10min: Split players into teams of 4-5, (run two15x10 grids and split the 3's and 4's). Players run out one per team and get a ball and dribble back to the box, next player goes until all the balls are gone from the middle. Count the balls for each team to see who wins.

Final Game- 15min: U3- play 2v2 U4- play 3v3

For the last week do the warm up and some running games, then play 2v2, 3v3 games.

Final 15 minutes hand out medals.
